Mass Effect 3 Collector’s Edition contains “online multiplayer pass”

Has one of the biggest kept secrets been outed by a gaming retailer? Xbox World is reporting that the latest issue of their magazine (out October 25) will reveal a “killer new feature” for Mass Effect 3. And that killer new feature could well be the inclusion of Multiplayer, with a flyer for the game from a South African retailer surfacing and claiming the Collector’s Edition will include an “online multiplayer pass.”

Bioware has been incredibly tight-lipped on the whole affair, with no official word either confirming or denying the existance of a multiplayer component. I guess we’ll simply have to stay tuned to Bioware, and keep our fingers on the puls….yeah. I can’t do it. Sorry.

For reference – here’s the flyer that’s been circulating online, courtesy of Gematsu.
