New details regarding Mass Effect movie emerge

New details regarding the Mass Effect movie have surfaced today, with Lendary Pictures, the company producing the movie, answering a few questions on their official blog. According to the blog, although the Mass Effect movie will focus on a male Commander Shepard, it will feature a completely new story not covered in either the first or second Mass Effect games. Legendary further announced that Joker will not be played by Seth Green (if that character even makes an appearance)

Legendary also announced they are working closely with Bioware on the development of the project. If that’s true, perhaps someone at Bioware can educate the updater of Legendary’s blog as to the correct spelling of Shepard’s name (hint guys – there’s only one ‘p’ ).
