Read more »Blizzard has announced via a blog post that the release of Diablo III will be pushed back into 2012. Apparently the decision was made so that the game received the polish required to ensure it lived up to the expectations of both the fans and those making the game. Read more »According to GamersMint, EA has revised it’s EULA for it’s digital distribution service Origin, following in the footsteps of Sony and adding a class action clause to the fine print. What this means is that this addition prevents gamers from suing or having a jury trial against EA and their Origin digital distribution service. Only individual cases will be allowed to be brought against the company and service. Also similar to Sony, EA is offering an opt-out clause to this, but it requires that users send a written application to EA.
