Wolfenstein: The New Order gets a release date, new trailer, and a big pre-order bonus

Hands on with the Titanfall beta

Let’s get one thing out of the way straight away – I’m not a fan of multiplayer FPS games, and I am not someone who gets excited about challenging, engaging, player vs player multiplayer maps. I have my feet very firmly planted in the ‘single player is king’ camp. With that said – I had a damn lot of fun with Titanfall, and based on the strength of what it offers to players, it just might be the killer console seller than Xbox One is looking for.

Breaking news: Call of Duty still hella popular

I know… shocking, right?  Activision Blizzard released their quarterly and yearly earnings report today, and 2013 was another very good year for Call of Duty.  The latest game in the series, Call of Duty: Ghosts, dominated the sales charts.  And last year’s Black Ops 2 continued to perform well.  Not exactly news, I know.  But there were a few interesting gems buried in the report.  Read on for the details.

New trailer from Square Enix teaches Thief 101

The voice cast for The Elder Scrolls Online has been announced, and it’s amazing

Dead Rising 3 gets huge patch on eve of DLC launch

Nothing screams “DLC RELEASE IMMINENT” like a massive, bandwidth chewing patch.  That’s exactly what’s happening with Dead Rising, with a huge mandatory update washing up on the shores of Xbox Live like the carcass of a dead whale.  Sorry about the morose imagery.  Zombie games always do this to me.  Anyway, about that update.  It’s big, and fixes lots of broken stuff.  Read on for the details.

RBI Baseball returns after 20 year absence
