Star Wars: The Old Republic to receive official video guides

starwarsoldrepublic

I’ll be honest and say that Bioware has absolutely hooked me with their new MMO, Star Wars: The Old Republic (SWTOR), and it appears the studio will be producing even more SWTOR content, with the announcement today of official video guides and weekly blogs dedicated to help those new to the game  (and new to MMO’s in general).

Stepping up to the sci-fi video  guide plate first is Eric Musco, social media coordinator, who will be providing an overview of how to start a character and interact with NPC’s. It’s likely that he won’t spend as much time as I did during my first character creation (where I took around half an hour looking through each and every element of character creation – and yes, I realise I have a problem).

The weekly blog post also mentioned will consist of a Q and A blog post where 10 questions will be selected from the community and answers posted every Friday.

Registered users will have the opportunity to ask one question each week, using the community forum. To have your question count for this Friday’s round of questions, head here and make sure to submit your question by 8PM Tuesday (GMT). There’s only 128 pages of questions so far….

For those of you who have caught the SWTOR bug – let us know what server you’re playing on. Maybe we can get some Save Game SWTOR happening soon….
