Calling all level 20 sims freeplayers – if you’ve been hanging out to construct your own swimming pools, today is your lucky day, with EA announcing the inclusion of swimming pools and related accessories to The Sims Freeplay.

The Sims Freeplay offers the Sims experience fans have come to know and love, including over 1200 customisable ways for players to design their dream home and neighbourhood. Gamers are able to control up to 20 sims, choosing their jobs and houses, and even who their sims will love and hate.

The latest update to The SIms Freeplay allows players at level 20 to construct swimming pools and have some fun with new accessories like slides, inflatable chairs and volleyball nets. Other features include:

  • Outdoor Accessories – Deck out your garden with all-new plants, furniture, and decorations.
  • Swimwear – Visit the Costume Store to keep your Sims looking cool with new swimwear.
  • Diving Hobby – Build a Swimming Center in your town and earn big rewards with diving competitions.

The Sims Freeplay is available for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Wonder if the update will let you build pools and then remove the ladders? Not that we ever did that. Of course. Ahem.
