Uncharted 3 requires one time activation pass to play online

Sony has announced that their highly anticipated third person adventure-platformer Uncharted 3 will require a one-time-use PSN pass in order to play the online portion of the game. Speaking in an interview with Spanish gaming website The Vault, Juan Jiménez, Sony Espana’s Software Manager, revealed the game will require an online pass, similar to the pass required for Resistance 3, another recently released exclusive Sony title.

Those gamers who choose to purchase the game second-hand will be able to purchase the required PSN Pass for $10.

Uncharted 3 releases on PS3 on November 2.
