Want to be on the Save Game team?
Ever wanted to write or make videos and create other content for a gaming site? Well we’re looking for contributors and we like you no matter what anybody says, so if you think you might want to be part of the Save Game team, read on for more info!
It takes a village. Or at least that’s what I heard somewhere sometime I think. It makes sense. No one gets there alone, there’s no “I” in “team” and half of one… six…with math… Anyway you get my point right? We’re looking for some fine folks to contribute to the site on a semi-regular basis. We have some awesome contributors right now and with Save Game’s 1st birthday coming up soon, we want to add to their ranks.
We are an international team here at Save Game, so it doesn’t matter where you are in the world. All are welcome to inquire and submit.
We’re looking for writers: If you write articles or you blog or you have amazing reviews of games and no place to put them, send them our way.
We’re looking for video content: If writing really isn’t your thing, but you make awesome web videos reviewing games or talking about your gaming obsession, we want to see your stuff. Are you good with animation and all that techy stuff that I don’t understand? Tell us.
The only real and true requirements for contributing with us is that you play and love video games, are pretty in touch with the goings on within the industry, and can contribute on a pretty regular basis.
Now I know since everyone is wondering, I will just say that this is upaid at this time. We do this because we love it. So if you’re looking for the cash money, you’re probably best looking elsewhere. The best we can offer for the time being is possible review codes and copies of games, entrance to cool gaming events in your neighborhood so you can cover them, and exposure for something you’ve created. And maybe cookies. I can try to bake them and send them if you like, but I’m not very good at baking so it’s probably best to just do it because you love it.
You no doubt have more questions about this, so feel free to email me at jen@savegameonline.com and ask away! Please include an example of some of your work if possible, and tell me a bit about yourself and your gaming life. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Have a great gaming day!
