Deadpool: Merc with a Map Pack DLC now available

deadpool-bannerDeadpool might have only been released last month, but developer High Moon Studios is already cranking out the DLC.  The first batch adds new levels and outfits to the game’s challenge modes.  Read on for all the details.

The cleverly titled “Merc with a Map Pack” expands the game’s challenge modes by adding two new maps.

  • GRT Plaza: Mr. Sinister’s clone army has taken over.
  • Inside the Tower: Mr. Sinister’s goons are having a party in his new digs

Completing all the challenges in each map will unlock infinite mode, which… well, you probably know what infinite mode means.  And what is an infinite mode without fashion?  Two new outfits will be available for Deadpool to kick ass in.

  • D-Pooly: some looser threads
  • Uncanny X-Force: dark and slimming

All of these items were already available for season pass holders, but now they can be purchased separately.  The Merp with a Map Pack is available now for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.  It’ll set you back $2.99, or 240 Ballmer Bucks.  If you’re looking to read more about Deadpool, check out Sarah’s review of the game.
