Hard Reset launch date revealed

Although only announced just over a month ago, Hard Reset has been given a September 13th release date. The futuristic cyberpunk/dark sci fi shooter is looking extremely good, based on a tantalisingly intriguing premise. Hard Reset will launch with a $30 price point, although those who pre-order on Steam will receive a 10% discount. For more on the game, as well as a story trailer, check the link below.

6 new Dance Central 2 tracks announced

Harmonix have revealed 6 new dance tracks that will be included in Dance Central 2. Among them is….get ready for it….Haddaway’s “What is Love” and Sir Mix A Lot’s “Baby Got Back”. Check below for the rest of the announced songs, including the previously announced track listing. I’ll be very disappointed if their What is Love song doesn’t at least have some head-bobbing action.

Skyrim will fit on one Xbox 360 Disc

Bethesda has confirmed that all the goodness and awesomeness they are putting into their upcoming release Skyrim will all fit onto one Xbox360 disc. This may not mean much to those of you who digitally download, or even PS3 players – but for Xbox players who find it a chore to swap discs it is huge news. And, given how expansive Skyrim’s world is purported to be (not to mention the new game-engine it features), it’s pretty impressive on Bethesda’s part to be able to fit it all on one disc.

Beta registration now open for MMO The Secret World

We here at Save Game are excited about Funcom‘s upcoming MMO release The Secret World, because it seems to be breaking new ground in the MMO genre. Gone are the levelling systems and classes we associate with most MMO’s, and instead of battling orcs and trolls in ye old medieval times, players instead will be battling in a modern setting, with areas familiar to many of us. Deus Ex: Human Revolution announcement tomorrow teased ingame

A mysterious new message hinting at an announcement at 2200 GMT on Aug 29 has appeared on the main menu of the PC version of Deus Ex: Human Revolution. The full message, reading “Human Revolution – Special Message Incoming / Be Ready / 2200 GMT 29 Aug” was snapped by nin at Blue’s News. The message already has fans wondering what it could be, with discussion of DLC announcements or a new patch allowing for New Game + ability. Guess we’ll find out tomorrow.
