Titanfall season pass detailed, launch trailer released

Irrational announces 1998 Mode for Bioshock Infinite’s Burial at Sea Episode Two

Ahhh, 1998.  The year that gave us Monica Lewinksy, the iMac, and Bruce Willis blowing up an asteroid.  Sadly, none of those things will be featured in the newly announced 1998 Mode for Bioshock Infinite’s Burial at Sea Episode Two.  Instead, 1998 mode will offer a fresh challenge to players to who enjoy a bit more stealth in their shooters.  Or a lot more.  Read on for the details.

Thief launch trailer features mayhem, angst, and a topless tiger woman

We’re now just a week away from the launch of Thief, and you all know what that means.  Yes, it’s launch trailer time.  So gather around, and gaze upon the Eidos marketing department’s last, best hope to get us interested in this game.  They’ve pulled out all the stops with this one.  There’s glowing eyeballs, exploding arrows, and one very topless tiger woman.  I’m serious.  Read on to see her for yourself.

Wolfenstein: The New Order gets a release date, new trailer, and a big pre-order bonus

Get Pysched.  Bethesda has announced a release date for their new entry in the Wolfenstein series, The New Order.  They’ve also unveiled a new trailer that gives us our first detailed look at hero BJ Blazkowicz and the dystopian alternate history he’s tasked to save.  Oh, and pre-ordering gets you access to the DOOM beta.  So there’s that too.  Read on for the details.

Ken Levine radically downsizing Irrational Games, moving on from Bioshock

Breaking news: Call of Duty still hella popular

I know… shocking, right?  Activision Blizzard released their quarterly and yearly earnings report today, and 2013 was another very good year for Call of Duty.  The latest game in the series, Call of Duty: Ghosts, dominated the sales charts.  And last year’s Black Ops 2 continued to perform well.  Not exactly news, I know.  But there were a few interesting gems buried in the report.  Read on for the details.
