A new trailer for EA’s upcoming shooter shows off some very quick gameplay shots to the lovely tunes of Jay Z’s song ’99 problems’. Star Wars: TOR release date announced

Mark it in your calendars, Sar Wars fans – Bioware’s upcoming MMO Star Wars: The Old Republic has been given an official release date, and that date is 20th December, 2011 in North America, and 22nd December, 2011 in Europe. Preorder the game now to receive early access to the game, as well as a color stone which changes your weapon effect. Guess we all know what you Star Wars fans will be doing come Christmas, huh?

LA Noire complete edition for PC

Videogamer is reporting that a Czech retailer has leaked information about the LA Noire: Complete Edition for PC. According to the retailer, the complete edition will live up to its name and release with all existing DLC included for free. Local publisher Cenega is touting a November release date for the edition.

If you’re a Deus Ex: Human Revolution fan waiting for more information on the upcoming Missing Link DLC, you’re in luck. A new 5 minute walkthrough of the content has recently been posted by Eidos Montreal. According to CD Projekt Red, their upcoming Xbox360 release of The Witcher 2, previously only seen on PC, will be an adaptation of the PC game, rather than a port. Diablo III releasing in 2012

Blizzard has announced via a blog post that the release of Diablo III will be pushed back into 2012. Apparently the decision was made so that the game received the polish required to ensure it lived up to the expectations of both the fans and those making the game. Blizzard will use the extra time it now has to extend the Beta of the game, enabling more people who have opted into the beta to be invited. The full press release can be found below.

EA includes class action clause into Origin EULA

According to GamersMint, EA has revised it’s EULA for it’s digital distribution service Origin, following in the footsteps of Sony and adding a class action clause to the fine print. What this means is that this addition prevents gamers from suing or having a jury trial against EA and their Origin digital distribution service. Only individual cases will be allowed to be brought against the company and service. Also similar to Sony, EA is offering an opt-out clause to this, but it requires that users send a written application to EA.
