Review – Icewind Dale Enhanced Edition

8 out of 10 Great

Buying a game used to be different. Sure, if you weren’t around for it, you could put it down to the ravings of an old man doped-up on nostalgia, pining for a time that never existed. We’re at a point now where even the case a game used to come in is optional, while the days of manuals being included are behind us and those side-books that related to the world of the game? Those are now just rumours written in the wind, scoffed at as mis-remembered anecdotes to those that can’t imagine a world with printed material.

Review – Home

9 out of 10 Excellent Recommended

It’s not very often that I find a mobile game that engages me for a long period of time and inspires me to play it again once I’m finished, but I just found that with the game Home.

“Radballs!” – Keep Running with Mr. Runner 2: The Masks

Every morning for the last week or so I’ve been waking up and playing a good solid 20 minutes at a time of the newly released for iOS, Mr. Runner 2: The Masks from Zing Games.  Twenty minutes is a long time to play a mobile casual endless runner, particularly when there’s an ugly cat trying it’s best to get you out of bed so it can be fed, so I think it’s safe to say that Mr. Runner 2 does something very right.

As exciting as these releases have been, we here at Save Game believe it’s just as important to shine the spotlight on other, less voraciously marketed, yet no less polished or enjoyable releases – and we’ve found one such release in Gunner Runner.

Need for Speed: Most Wanted iOS Review

nfsmwios

It’s a rare game that manages to combine excellent gameplay with an outstanding sountrack, eye-watering graphics and solidly implemented social features to create an addictive experience you keep wanting to return to. It’s even rarer when this game manages to achieve all those things on a mobile platform. Need for Speed: Most Wanted on iOS by Firemonkeys does just that, and it does it in style.
